Accounts Assistant

  • In charge of keeping full set of accounts for related company.
  • Prepare month end sales invoice for related company.
  • Perform bank reconciliation for related company.
  • Ensure month end closing of accounts for related company.
  • Update and finalise monthly debtors ageing report for related company.
  • In charge of preparing payments and update creditors ageing.
  • Assist in providing document and information for credit control purposes.
  • Send out monthly statement of accounts to related clients as and when required.
  • Assist in stock check-wine/liquor MIGF and any other matters assigned.
  • Assist in preparing any other ad hoc reports as and when required by the management.
  • Fixed assets maintenance listing for related company prepayment schedule update.
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Detailed, strong analytical, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, diligent and conscientious in meeting deadlines, multi-tasker, able to work independently and a pro-active team player.
  • High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency.
  • Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in audit will be an added advantage.
